This song was written for the 52 Week Club project. It was originally written for week number 19 (May 7th, 2006), theme: "cabin across the creek." I just had it sitting around on a piece of paper until 2009 when an incentive to record it came about. It was specifically recorded to be included on a compilation of mostly Central Valley musicians called <em>Portraits, 32 Singers, 32 Songs</em>, put together by Greg Edwards of Off the Air productions. The entire 2-disc album is available through www.heckabad.com as well as 32singers32songs.blogspot.com
